Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the need for an IT Department was noticed and therefore created in September 2020.
► Mission Statement
The mission of the IT Department is to provide technical support, knowledge, and advice to all departments that fall under the Tribal Government.
SERVICES

• Provide end-user support for IT software, hardware and systems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware
• Create work logs
• Participate in IT inventory asset management
• Serve as an escalation resource
• Serve as a consultant to department heads and staff

• Renew licenses and other documents
• Research and procure IT software, hardware and supplies
• Monitor ongoing contracts with suppliers
• Maintain IT infrastructure
• Create and update IT policies/procedures

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of camera/access control systems
• User management
• Oversee data integrity
• Backup and recovery of digital assets

• Troubleshoot network issues
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of networking equipment
• Monitor networking traffic

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of email system
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of phone systems
• Setup point-to-point phone/conference calls
• Prepare video and web conferences
