Since the All Nations Youth Council, formerly known as KTO UNITY, was formed in 2005, it attended the Annual National UNITY Conference every summer. The National UNITY Conference has allowed youth to participate in area caucuses, share cultural values, develop team building, and identify concerns and issues in the community.
UNITY’s MISSION is to foster indigenous youth’s spiritual, mental, physical, and social development and help build strong, unified, and self-reliant communities through greater youth involvement. This mission is based on the belief that the most effective wat to bring about lasting and positive change within Native America is to strengthen tribal, village, and urban Native youth (ages 13-24).
